Oracle's HelpusHelp Foundation
SchoolNet Africa is finalising an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)with Oracle’s HelpusHelp Foundation based on collaboration and support for the ThinkQuest Africa Program. [866]

International Institute for Communication and Development (IICD)
The IICD is a major partner of SchoolNet Africa. The two organisations have agreed to work together on the IICD’s Global Teenager Project in Africa, SchoolNet Africa’s ThinkQuest Africa Program and on SchoolNet Africa’s Researching ICTs for Education Program. IICD was also a key partner in the ICTs in African Schools Workshop held in Botswana on 27 April to 2 May 2020 [865]

NEPAD eSchools Program
SchoolNet Africa is currently concluding discussions on a strategic partnership with the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) eAfrica Commission's flagship eSchools Program. [864]

ThinkQuest International
ThinkQuest, Inc., a non-profit corporation dedicated to the advancement of effective ICT use in education, has created and now coordinates, manages, and operates an educational technology programme for students and teachers called the ThinkQuest programme, whose rules are available on the Internet. The Commonwealth of Learning's (COL)
The Commonwealth of Learning's (COL) mission recognizes knowledge as key to cultural, social, and economic development. COL is committed to assisting Commonwealth member governments to take full advantage of open, distance, and technology-mediated learning strategies to provide increased and equitable access to education and training for all their citizens.
The CoL has partnered with SchoolNet Africa on the African Education Knowledge Warehouse, a SchoolNet Champions Program, SchoolNet Africa’s Researching ICTs for Education Program and the Connecting Teacher Training Institutions in Africa project. COL was a major partner in the ICTs in Africa Schools Workshop held in Botswana on 27 April to 2 May 2020. COL is a strategic partner of SchoolNet Africa on its knowledge warehouse, champion training program, and researching ICTs for education programs as well as supporting the establishment of national SchoolNets in Commonwealth countries. Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa (OSISA)
OSISA is SchoolNet Africa's major partner. OSISA has supported the start-up phase of SchoolNet Africa. They have also partnered with SchoolNet Africa on its 1 million computers for African schools campaign, the African Teachers Network, the African Education Knowledge Warehouse and ThinkQuest Africa. OSISA also contributes toward the organisational and institutional development of SchoolNet Africa. [365]

UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA)
The UN Economic Commission for Africa has promoted the concept of an African Learning Network as an integral component of the African Information Society Initiative. SchoolNet Africa is key to this strategy. [364]
