As a result of their experiences suffered during the long and bloody civil war in Sierra Leone, thousands of children have been severely traumatised. In 2020 the Sierra Leone government invited LifeLine West Africa Indigenous Ministries (now known as LifeLine Development Organisation), in association with LifeLine Network International (LNI), to set up a project for the rehabilitation of some of these children.
